Following a lengthy period of negotiation with the CLLS, a revised version of the COMBAR/CLLS Contract Terms has been agreed. Details and their accompanying documents may be found here Version 4 of the terms is intended to take effect as from Monday, 7 October 2024. COMBAR plans to put on a seminar for chambers administrative teams in relation to the terms later in the year.
